We love the Bend location for Cascade Lakes Brewery as it is on the way to and from Bachelor. The service is always great, however, we are not big fans of the food or the beers. We did think it was a good idea to give it another chance as we headed out on the Bend Ale Trail but still were not impressed. See our ratings below and let us know what you think of the beer.

Citrus hops
Taste:
Bitter sweet citrus
Mouthfeel:
Bitter bite
Last Sip/Drinkability:
Nothing stuck out with this beer at all. Kind of like the sad plate of wings that was served. Boo.
Final Rating:2
Appearance:
Creamy head with good lacing. Very clear with a pale orange-gold tint.
Smell:
Smelled like bud light or some other watered down pilsner.
Taste:
Hoppy and light...
Mouthfeel:
Very carbonated. Bitter and hoppy and abnormally light for an IPA. Kind of zingy on my tongue.
Last Sip/Drinkability:
Just closer to a bud than I would like. Not my favorite style, I guess.
