I wonder what the correct spelling for this brew is… Hoptygon (as written on their website) or Hop-tagon (as written on the bottle)?? hmmmm.

  1. auz1111 09-13-2010 Recent Favorite:

    Appearance:

Cloudy orange-brown with a small 1/2 inch head that left pretty abruptly.

    Smell:

Very hoppy with floral citrusy scents and a tad of alcohol.

    Taste:

A hoppy-citrusy taste of tangerine sweetness with small blips of malts.

    Mouthfeel:

A pretty bitter bite and kind of dry.

    Last Sip/Drinkability:

Pretty good for a Double IPA. I could do this one again, especially under the ambiance of Silver Moon in downtown Bend. Prefect atmosphere for a beer like this!

    Final Rating:4
