Last week we tried the Southern Oregon’s Nice Rack IPA. Love the name, but are not in love with the actual beer. We have never been to the actual brewery unfortunately, but do hope to visit soon and to try some of their other beers as well.

Appearance:
Clear yellow-ish color, very light, with light carbonation.
Smell:
It smells malty and light, maybe a bit of pine.
Taste:
I am not a fan of this taste, it was very bitter.
Mouthfeel:
Light carbonation.
Last Sip/Drinkability:
I am disappointed in this IPA as it hits closer to a Lager or even a Pale, rather than an IPA.

Appearance:
Clear golden yellow color, very light, light carbonation.
Smell:
It is reminiscent of drinking a cheap beer, and that first smell of it, not like a typical IPA, I did not notice a hoppy smell at all.
Taste:
This has a quite bitter taste. I don't think I would even classify this as an IPA, maybe a Lager...
Mouthfeel:
Definitely carbonated, light.
Last Sip/Drinkability:
It is not my favorite obviously as I am not a fan of lagers typically. I am however a big fan of IPAs normally and this is not really hitting the mark in my opinion.

I’m not exactly an IPA lover. But this is one of my all time favorites. Very good drinkability. Haven’t found a beer from SOB yet that I don’t love!
I’m with John on this one. While not being much of an IPA man myself, I love this beer (and just about all of them from SOB.) This is a good flavorful IPA, but not like a big hoppy slap in the face like a lot of others.
